A CLOCK-CASE MODELLED AS A LYRE, the disc-shaped central part enclosing the movement and elaborately moulded with acanthus ornament, the strings festooned with swags of oak-leaves and acorns, on a circular base and hexagonal plinth moulded with swags, painted in shaded yellow and apricot and the moulded details in green, dark-apricot and gilding (minor wear to gilding on moulded details), puce printed marks, model number 1385, date code for 1907
