A PAIR OF MAJOLICA SPILL-VASES modelled as a hawk and a dove perched on logs before a hollow tree-trunk moulded in relief with leaves, the dove with a small bird with outspread wings at its side, the hawk with its claw resting on the tail-feathers of a smaller bird (minute chip to one of dove's vases), impressed marks, impressed and printed registration marks, model numbers 295 and 296, circa 1872
