A FAMILLE ROSE YELLOW-GROUND CIRCULAR STEM-BOX AND COVER, DENG
iron-red daoguang six-character mark and probably of the period
Enamelled from the domed foot and high cylindrical stem to the rotund box and domed cover with five successive bands each enclosing one or two dragons in mutual pursuit among clouds, alternately in pink, turquoise, gilt or blue, the cover surmounted by a small iron-red knop finial
10½in. (26.5cm.) high
