The cellars of the house, dating back to the late 18th century, are of stone: stone walls, stone flagged floors, stone barrel-vaulted ceilings and stone bins. The temperature is perfect, with slight humidity in one of the four sections resulting in some bin-soiled labels. Levels, unless otherwise stated are very good
