AN EAST GREEK POTTERY HANGING LAMP IN THE FORM OF A TURTLE, an opening with short cylindrical neck on the back flanked by two suspension loops, a nozzle at the tail end, the moulded head with grooved mouth and the four legs bent round to join the body to provide four further holes for suspension, black glazed details, the shell indicated with painted crosses, 5th Century B.C.
