A GESSO-PAINTED AND INLAID FRIT WOODEN WINGED SCARAB, the scarab beetle holding a sun disc in its upper claws and a red ochre eternity sign in its lower, its spread wings inlaid with malachite green frit feathers with red ochre tips, 9¼in. (23.7cm.) wide, 2¾in. (7cm.) high; and the upper part of a tyet (girdle of Isis) furniture attachment, 4¼in. (11cm.) high, both Late Period, circa 7th-4th Century B.C. (2)
