Lot Essay

S. & C. Osler of Birmingham were established in 1807 by Thomas Osler and supplied chandeliers in 1848 for Albert, the Prince Consort, are now at Osborne House, Isle of Wight. They exhibited at The Great Exhibition in 1851.
