A pair of closely related pot-pourri vases with mounts attributed to Thomas Germaine is in the Wallace Collection (see; F. T. B. Watson, Wallace Collection, Furniture, London, 1956, p. 82, F.115-6 pl. 113), while a pair of black lacquer examples with identical mounts from the Chateau de Bellevue are conserved in the Louvre.
