Provenance
Bought from Mr. Thomas Grosvenor, London, in 1949, for the baptistry window of All Saints Church, Margaret Street, London.

- minor wear to surface paint
- the central piece of glass has been broken and repaired (as visible in the photograph)
- several pieces of glass associated, including all of the darker yellow pieces around the periphery, the pieces which include the text, and (probably) several of the pieces of blue glass
one piece of glass with a fine crack
- the frame is slightly loose
