Vroom and the Origins of Dutch Marine Painting, Leyden, 1983, p. 180, fig. 165, with incorrect description of support and measurements). That picture is itself loosely based on the very large painting by Hendrick Cornelisz. Vroom in the Rijksmuseum (Archibald, op. cit., p. 243, pl. 8; Russell, op. cit., p. 152, fig. 134)
