I got one (for Him) at your last show' (held at the Chenil Gallery, in March 1911). Quinn's four paintings by Gore of Mornington Crescent views from circa 1909-1911, 'The Avenue', 'Frosty Morning', Mornington Crescent (sold in these Rooms on 1 July 1993 for 30,000, private collection), and the present work were all auctioned at the three-day sale of his collection in February 1927
