EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN OR CARTHAGE late 7th-2nd Century B.C. HEAD PENDANTS AND BEADS Core-formed and tooled glass Phoenician or Carthaginian head pendants, have been found all over the Eastern Mediterranean but also Sicily and Southern Russia. The beads, which have a wide distribution, were also found by the Tokyo expedition in the Iran/Iraq Archaeological expedition near the Caspian Sea.
