A drawing of the 1890s, probably for the head of the nereid who hands Perseus the helmet o invisibility in The Arming of Perseus in the Perseus series (see lot 127). In the painting, one of those left unfinished at Burne-Jones's death in 1898, the figure has a different hair style, but the pose of her head is the same
