The eared, moulded, splayed grey-veined white marble top inset within an ormolu border, the panelled, beaded frieze enclosing one central drawer flanked by mottled panels and concave sides, on brass-fluted, turned, spreading columnar supports with foliate capitals and joined by a splayed, concave-sided rectangular marble undertier, on milled toupie feet with ormolu sabots, restorations, the lower marble with repaired crack, stamped 'C C SAUNIER'
