The polychrome plique-à-jour enamel wings in various shades of green and blue with blister pearl detail and circular-cut diamond borders to the white coral figurehead of a lady with a stylised diamond headdress suspended from a seed pearl latticework sautoir with diamond connections, circa 1890, pendant 13.5cm. high
