Northern Song dynasty, 11th-12th century
The very slightly rounded sides flaring widely to a rim notched to form six petal lobes, the interior well carved with a large leafy peony stem enhanced by rouletting below a narrow line border, with another line border on the exterior, all under a crackled glaze of greenish-olive tone, the interior of the foot and base covered with a thin glaze wash
