Jiajing six-character mark in underglaze blue and of the period (1522-1566)
The interior painted with a medallion of four boys playing in a garden, three shown seated on the ground with various vessels, while the fourth stands holding a cup, the exterior of the rounded sides painted with pairs of boys separated by pine trees, rocks and banana plants in a continuous landscape, all within double-line borders
