The later fruitwood-banded circular top with ebonized stringing with molded edge above a gilt-metal beeded frieze, upon a classically-draped woman holding aloft a leafy basket issuing upspringing ribs, surmounted by an ormolu eagle upon an orb, the incurved tripartite base set with parcel-gilt birds to the top of each angle, upon later bun feet, one bird possibly replaced
