The rectangular form painted in green, red, black and white and centering a War of 1812 cap surrounded by military trophies including crossed rifles, swords, bugle and shot bag marked U. S. and acorn leaves, flanked on each side by crossed darts and above and below by a band of circles, the top row set with stars flanked by spear points, re-painted
