The rectangular top above a slant-lid with inlaid stars and fan issuing stringing opening to reveal a compartmented interior with a prospect door with inlaid star and stringing with three short drawers with line inlay, all flanked by two document drawers further flanked by six short drawers all with similar line inlay over a conforming case fitted with four graduated long drawers with line inlay and inlaid shield escutcheons, all flanked by line inlaid chamfered edges, on ogee bracket feet (the feet replaced)
