In two parts: the upper with a rectangular top surmounted by a similarly shaped pediment centering a banded rectangular reserve with three urn-turned finials above a conforming case with two glazed doors with diamond mullions opening to reveal a shelved interior; the lower rectangular case with hinged writing surface over three graduated long drawers all with similar inlay above a shaped skirt centering an inlaid reserve, on French feet (pediment of slightly later date)
