The domed rectangular casket with hinged top and drawer enclosing a satinwood-fitted interior with a reversible chess and backgammon board, an ivory chess set, draughts set, cribbage board, bezique board, six die, two shakers, fifty-five dominoes, various counters and pegs, three later packs of cards and a collection of shells, with brass plaque inscribed 'MANOAH RHODES & SON, Bradford', with paper label inscribed in ink 'John Spout (?) Dewhurst', the sides with carrying- handles
