The corniche case with white enamel Roman dial, blued steel hands, alarm ring below (small chip to centre), the twin barrel movement with silvered platform to the bimetallic balance with lever escapement, strike/repeat/alarm to the backplate numbered 20 -- 5¾in. (14.5cm.) high to hilt of handle; a modern engraved brass striking and repeating carriage clock with alarm and sweep centre seconds -- 6 1/8in. (15.5cm.) high to hilt of handle; and a French brass carriage timepiece, with anglaise case -- 5½in. (13.5cm.) high to hilt of handle
