The case with flowering and swag-hung urn finial, with leaf cast flowering columns to the sides, the front with recessed panel with trailing leaf and flower mount, on inverted breakfront base and raised on toupie feet, with engine-turned and beaded ormolu bezel to the restored white enamel Roman dial signed Robert, blued steel moon hands and plain steel alarm-setting hand, the triple barrel movement with strike, trip repeat and pull wind alarm on two nested bells, with silk suspension and rackwork planted on the backplate -- 18¾in.
