A George IV mahogany and inlaid striking bracket clock, circa 1830
The arched case with brass ball finial to the stepped and gadrooned top, arched brass fishscale sound frets to the sides, on brass ball feet, the white painted Roman convex dial with black painted moon hands, the four pillar (formerly five) twin wire fusee movement with anchor escapement and strike on bell, with replaced securing brackets and formerly with pendulum holdfast -- 20in. (51cm.) high
