The brick-red field with linked panels issuing angular leafy vine below a stepped shaded lavender mihrab arch containing scattered flowerheads and serrated leaves, a brick-red cross-panel with columns of angular leafy vine together with palmettes and flowerheads above, in a shaded medium blue border of rosettes and stylised tulips between ivory and brick-red angular leafy vine meander stripes, ends rewoven, areas of repair
