The shaded blue field divided by linked diamond angular lattice panels containing flowerheads issuing flowerheads, in a shaded light blue border containing turtle-palmettes together with rosettes flanked by serrated leaves and angular flowering vine between golden yellow boteh and rosette vine meander stripes, plain outer stripe, very slight moth damage
