The shaded rust-red field with a column of linked flowerheads issuing stylised acanthus together with bold palmettes on either side, flanked by ivory serrated leaf and flowerhead angular panels in an ivory border of palmettes and floral sprays together with stylised fern-like motifs between golden yellow floral meander and reciprocal skittle-pattern stripes, plain outer stripe, scattered areas of repiling, small repair in one corner
