The shaded grey field with palmettes and flowerheads issuing delicate flowering and leafy vine around a serrated burgundy medallion with pendants of similar design containing a rosette centrepiece issuing polychrome palmettes, in an ivory border of polychrome flowerheads together with angular flowering and leafy vine meander between reciprocal skittle-pattern, palmette and rosette meander and floral meander stripes, original purple silk selvage, excellent condition
