Medical encyclopaedia, Arabic manuscript on cream paper, 267ff. as numbered with 21ll. of sepia naskh, titles in red, copious marginal annotations in the hand of the scribe and others, final folio with colophon recording the completion of the manuscript by the scribe Ishaq ibn Isma'il ibn Ibrahim on the 11 Safar 653, generally good condition, first two folios later replacements, opening flyleaf with later library annotations, binding composed of 14th century brown morocco boards with tooled roundels
