A SHEFFIELD-PLATED EPERGNE
Apparently unmarked, early 19th Century
The shaped square body on four fluted supports with hairy paw feet and shell and foliate joins, the borders gadrooned, the central base diamond shaped rising to a circular fluted support with sockets for four branches with square supports with fittings for candlesticks, with glass basket for the central support.
The central support 9¾in. (24.5cm.) high.
