Of classical campana-form, on circular pedestal base, the lower body fluted, chased with a racing scene of three horses and jockeys, the shoulder applied with palm leaves centering laurel wreaths, the widely everted rim with egg-and-dart border, with two oak leaf and branch handles, the domed cover with a floral finial within a palmette border, marked on cup, cover and finial
