On spreading circular foot and with baluster stem and tapering cylindrical bowl, the domed cover with figure of Victory finial, the foot and bowl engraved with inscriptions, the bowl engraved with two coats-of-arms, marked on bowl and cover, in fitted wood case, the foot engraved JAYS 142&144 OXFORD ST W SILVERSMITHS -22¾in. (58cm.) high
