A LOUIS XV GREEN-PAINTED AND PARCEL-GILT TRUMEAU MIRROR, the slightly arched rectangular plate within a later rosette and beaded slip flanked by a rectangular outer slip carved with rockwork C-scrolls and trailing foliage and surmounted by an associated cartouche-shaped panel depicting a pastoral scene with a shepherdess and bird-catcher, within a rockwork C-scroll and foliate-spray frame surmounted by a scallop-shell and upon a later giltwood base, possibly German
