(Some staining and a few wormholes affecting some margins, title almost detached from guard, a few maps slightly creased near fold.) Original publisher's vellum, panelled in gilt (slightly discoloured, the vellum of the lower cover cockled and affected by heat). Koeman I Bl 42A
