A BERLIN 'JEWELLED' SLENDER OVIFORM VASE outside-decorated in the Vienna style, the lustrous claret ground painted by Wagner with a portrait of a young girl entitled Lassitude, wearing a pale-grey dress and with long dark-brown hair adorned with a green ribbon, within a seeded gilt oval medallion enriched with turquoise 'jewels', outlined with gilt foliage-scrolls suspending flowers, and diaper-pattern, the reverse and flared neck with flowers, on a slender stem and spreading foot (restoration to stem, slight wear to gilding), signed, blue sceptre mark, iron-red beehive mark and script, pattern number 7647, 1900-1910
