cover 1859(12 Jun.) entire to Liverpool, bearing 1d. rose-red vertical pair and 4d. rose (creased) clearly cancelled but not tied by "A07" cancellations; backstamped by double arc "DOMINICA/JU 12/59", London and"A10/LIVERPOOL/JU 30/59" c.d.s.; filing creases, one of which runs through, and in effect ties, the 4d. which is affixed with its perforations interlocking with those of one of the 1d.'s.
