On spreading circular foot and with reeded baluster stem and inverted bell-shaped bowl, the foot rim stamped with a band of stylised ornament and chased above with a band of six shaped matted panels, the bowl chased with a narrow band of flutes and above with a broader band of stylised flowers, foliage and plain roundels on a matted ground, pricked with initials W.S I P.D within a sheild shaped cartouche, marked on rim and with later detachable liner, London, 1820 - 7¾in. (19.8cm.) high
