Shaped rectangular, the recto carved in two registers, the upper with the Old Testament Trinity flanked by Saints Evstafii and Dmitrii shown half-length, the lower with Saints Basil the Blessed, John Chrysostom, Gregory the Great and Nicholas the Wonderworker shown full-length, in metal mount chased with scroll decoration, apparently unmarked
