Note: It is believed that on only four panes of the "on Cape" provisional 4d., positions 1 and 2 had a normal overprint, positions 3 and 4 had the word "COMPANY" almost entirely omitted, whilst positions 5 and 6 had the word "COMPANY" wholly omitted.
