cover 1878 (9 Jan.) buff envelope from Pretoria "To The Postmaster in Durban", bearing 1877 (28 Sept.)-79 "V.R./Transvaal", fine roulette, 15½ to 16 1d. red on blue (2, one showing double line of roulettes at right) and wide roulette 6¼ 1d. red on orange (2), each clearly cancelled "1" in concentric ovals, and showing Pretoria c.d.s. below the adhesives.
