Cancelled 1861 (July) very rough perf 14 to 16, 6d. purple on blued paper neatly handstamped with a part strike of the "CANCELLED" obliterator used in 1861 on stamps presented to members of the Hill family, blind row of perforations at left, imperforate at right; very fine and the only example outside the Royal collection that we can record.
