A sketch for the large altarpiece now in the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Rouen, originally painted for the seminary of St. Vivian in that city and exhibited at the Salon of 1785 (R. Rosenblum, L'epidémie d'Espagne d'Aparicio au Salon de 1806, La Revue du Louvre, XXIV, 1974, p. 431, fig. 4)
