A PAIR OF MEISSEN BLUE, WHITE AND GILT TWO-LIGHT CANDELABRA formed as a young man and woman holding a bouquet and seated flanking two shallow baskets with loop handles, before leaf-moulded columns fitted with two scrolling arms encrusted with flowers and centred with a large bouquet, on shaped scroll-moulded bases (one with repairs to both arms and one nozzle, chips to drip-pans, to girl's right fingers and applied petals, one basket with two small rim chips, one nozzle chipped and boy's right foot lacking), blue crossed swords marks, impressed L, incised 3024x, circa 1880
