A SILVER-PLATED EPERGNE

The circular frame on four foliate and paterae headed reeded curving strap supports, centering acanthus clad and knopped base topped by acanthus bud finial and issuing four detachable reeded scrolling branches with circular frame, the central and branch frames each with flaring circular cut-glass bowl, with scalloped rim, the bowls cut with hob-nail arches divided by radiating reeds, the central bowl--9in. (22.86cm.) diam., the epergne without bowl--11in. (27.94cm.) high
