The salts and spoons maker's mark of Garrard & Co., London, 1977; the caster London, 1910, S & Co.; the condiment Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co., 1906
The salts also stamped DESIGNED BY ANTHONY ELSON, each circular, the cast sides four times with slightly raised lion rampant on deeply stippled ground, with blue glass liner, the spoons with crown finial--the salts 3in. (7.6cm.) diam.; the inverted ovoid caster on pedestal base, chased with radiating acanthus, the shoulder with ribbon-tied husk swags, with domed cover and bud finial--7in. (17.78cm.) high, the strap rectangular form frame issuing two strap supports with bail handle, when pulled over raises the two hinged flat covers, for the two detachable glass containers--7½in. (19cm.) long, the silver 28oz. (6)
