Chancery 2° (303 x 214mm). Collation: [12] (1r blank, 1v drop-title, text incipit: A glora y laor de deu omnipotent y auctment dela fe santa catholica, 2r Sumari deles indulgencias e estaciones de roma las quals concede nostre molt sant pare a tots qui prenen la bulla de africa, 2v blank). 1v 48 lines, 2r double column 54 and 49 lines. Gothic types 6:10 (headings) and 14:64 (text), roman type 11:82? (subheadings). 4-line Lombard initial A, woodcut white-on-black devices of the Holy Monogram, woodcut signatures of Diego de Ribera, Bishop of Majorca 1508-12, wafer seals. (Some worming.)
The indulgence form is known in two states; this copy has setting B without the date and place-name (24 January 1509, Vall de Musse). Norton 1075 records a total of seven copies, at least two of which were used. This copy is unused.
