Slightly spreading cylindrical with tucked in base, engraved with crest one side, the other crest and coronet, with two scroll handles (each handle with maker's mark), base underside engraved The Gift of Wm. Scawen of Woodcot Lodge in Surry Esq; To Wm. Robinson of Hill-Top. 1759, the depressed base engraved William Jay Schieffelin Jr., from his grandmother Margaret Louisa Vanderbilt Shepard 1924--5in. (12.7cm.) high, 13oz.
