etching printed in brown, on antique laid paper, third state (of five), a very fine, atmospheric impression printed with considerable tone, trimmed close to the platemark by the artist and signed in pencil with the butterfly and inscribed 'imp' on the tab, a tiny backed hole towards the right, one or two pale foxmarks, generally in very good condition
