Maker's mark of E. Stebbins & Co., New York, circa 1830
Comprising teapot, two-handled covered sugar bowl, milk jug and waste bowl, each broadly concave fluted, urn form, on molded pedestal base, with anthemion die-rolled moldings, one side engraved with two sets of initials and dates 1869 1896, the other with script initials and date 1839, the pot with foliate capped scroll spout, multi-scroll handle, the hinged molded low domed cover topped by blossom finial--the teapot 11in. (27.94cm.) high, gross weight 99.5oz. (4)
